The Tool List

Updated on 8-18-2010. I have added the following people to my tool list:

Texas State Rep. Debbie Riddle, R-Tomball
Rep. Louie Gohmert

The Official Enough is Enough Tool List. I'll update this when I find a new tool to add to list.

Craig Kilborn
Paul Watson
Lars Ulrich
Texas State Rep. Debbie Riddle, R-Tomball
Rep. Louie Gohmert

I don't get it

Ok I don't get it. How did Craig Kilborn get another show? The Daily Show wasn't worth a shit when he was on it. The late late show was a not watched show when he hosted it. He was ok on Sportscenter I guess. But honestly why the fuck would anyone put this annoying pom-pass asshole on TV. The best thing he did was his role in "Old School" but I think that is because he wasn't actually acting but just being himself.

You know its like football coaches. Its always the same dumbshits that couldn't cut it with their old teams getting hired somewhere else. "Ok I know [insert coaches name] didn't have the best record with his other five teams but this year will be different."

Kilborn your a tool and I put you on the tool list with Paul Watson. That's right, Craig Kilborn, Paul Watson and Lars Ulrich.

Why Lars, because the tool sued me. Well that doesn't bother me as much as he sued me for something I didn't do. I didn't steal his shitty music. I got in a way he said was ok, from a friend. And no not a friend named Napster. An actual friend. Lars said that was ok. So Lars, take your place on the tool list. Oh and your music SUCKS!

The Mountain Goats "No Children"

Just heard this on Moral Orel and i really like it!

The Colony

Today another of my favorite shows returned. The Colony returned for another season. For those of you who aren't familiar with the show it takes 8 "normal" people and puts them into an end of the world situation. This year it is after a nuclear flu. I really like the show because I sit here and yell at the TV on what they do. Of course I realize that I would probably be the WORST person to put in this situation.

I can see me doing one of two things. Either being the fuck it type and doing jack shit because its the end of the world. The other would be to be completely bossy and taking charge not really knowing jack shit about shit.

One thing I think you can guarantee is that I would be damn entertaining...but of course my 'colorful' language might not make the air.

My problem with the show is that its always carpenters and mechanics. I suppose its possible that a random group of people could have these things but isn't more likely that it has the video game nerds and stuff like that.

Its great that as I was typing that a guy went and took a nap and everyone freaked out. I would be napping all the time. Actually I probably wouldn't be doing that. I would probably be the guy gathering manuals and what not to learn.

Alright this season is MUCH cooler than last year. Already we have fights and shit. That is much more realistic than last year. The only thing I see watching is that none of the 'colonist' were really swinging. I would be gouging eyes, biting, punching.

But again who knows. I would LOVE to be on this show. I mean that in all seriousness. I've got no skills that would be beneficial in that situation it would be something to learn what I could do when put in that situation.

If you haven't seen the show I suggest it. It is an interesting and atleast to me entertaining show.

Captain Pete Bethune

The other night I wrote about Whale Wars. I still don't agree with them but I do respect one Captain Pete Bethune. Pete was the Captain of the Ady Gil. A speed boat that was hit (or rammed depending on who you talk to) and sank last year. Pete then boarded the offending boat where he was held on several charges.

Pete was found guilty but received a suspended sentence. He is home and respected by this fat man. He not only talked the talk but walked the walk as the saying goes.

I don't have much more to say about. Screw you Watson and get out of the way and let a man like Pete lead the cause.

We are going to war.....

One of my favorite shows is back on TV, Whale Wars on Animal Planet. Why do I love this show? Because the people are so damn dumb on the show. I've written about the show before so I won't go off too much on the show. Man am I excited though.

I think the South Park episode, which features an amazing version of Poker Face sung by Cartman, agrees with everything I've said about the show.

Now let me say again I don't disagree with the sea shepard's cause. IF the Japanese fleet is just whaling against international law then that is wrong but there is no proof of that.

This past year Bob Barker donated something like 5 million dollars. FIVE MILLION! Now I am no hippie or anything like that. But imagine if Bob had donated that money to a New York soup kitchen. Or to the public schools of Texas for books.

I am an animal lover to a certain extent. However if it came down to a whale or a human, I pick human. If we didn't have so many people that needed help in this country then things might be different.

Do I want to see whales die? Of course not. But then again you can ask people if they want to see cows die and they would say no. I on the other hand want to see cows die to feed my fat ass, my dog...who loves hamburgers and my friends who want to eat the goodness that is hamburg. Hell if I ate whale I might love it and want it all the time. The same is true for human...should I ever eat human I might crave it. Boy I really went off there....what was my point...I don't remember.

Anyway the other thing I hate is that Paul Watson, the 'admiral' of the Sea Shepards, is always talking about being willing to die for the whales. However in all the years it's never been him that has done anything to risk his life other then taking the trip itself. When the shepards boarded the enemy ships it wasn't Paul going. When they go throw their stink bombs it's not him in the speed boats.

Overall I just think the people involved have their priorities wrong. I respect the people (aside from Paul and the few people that have really drank his kool-aid) for their dedication. Unfortunately they are just following Captain Ahab. Yes I know the irony of using that reference and it made me smile.

So until next time be prepared for war!

The Waters of Mars

I just watched the final episode of Doctor Who with David Tennant as the doctor. Well not exactly as I missed an episode and it might have been the best of his run. I don't want to ruin much but in it the Doctor does something that I wanted to see him do and we see what happens when he does it.

I always thought that Tennant was missing a certain something that I wanted to see in the doctor and he shows it in this episode, god does he ever. We had seen flashes of it. We see it briefly in the Runaway Bride. However we see the whole thing here.

I've said it before but it is one of the best written shows on TV. But its not just that. The acting everything is fantastic. You can almost believe Tennant when he is on the screen. He was able to suck me in and make me believe, which is something I want.

As much as I hate it the show makes you care about these characters. The last line Tennant says as the doctor is "I don't want to go". I think every fan said the same thing. I haven't brought myself to watching Season 5 yet. I don't like the look of Matt Smith. I've heard he is a mix of Doctor's 9 and 10. If so its what I've wanted since Tennant took over. Tomorrow probably as I've got the day off.

To the writers of Season 1-4, thank you. Christoper and David thank you. If you enjoy science fiction then watch this show. More importantly if you like well written TV with character development, plot and something that will make you think yet entertain then watch this show.

Until next time....abyssinia!

What? or what some would call a post of randomness

So here is a bunch of random things that has been in my mind....

Do I really look that much like Zach Galifianakis? I don't see it but then again why would I I guess. I look in the mirror and I see me. I really am starting to get tired of hearing it from every other fucking person though. So when I go on vacation next week it might be time for a change...I'm thinking about completely shaving my head, I've never done that before.

I've also started looking for my next adventure. I really don't like where I'm at both physically or mentally. I need something to change. Aside from a brief break there in SLC I was content which is as close to happy as I've been in a long long time. Yes its a sad life when content is the high point of life.

I recently mentioned on Facebook that I dislike he Ood but think they have pretty singing voices or something to that effect. Then a friend said yes but your song is ending soon. That sorta creeped me out. In doctor who that is told to the Doctor when his finally days are put into motion. She did it because she knew what I was talking about but creepy!

Speaking of Doctor Who I've become quite obsessed with the show and its history. I started its spin off series Torchwood. I haven't watched Season 5 of Doctor Who yet, I'm not ready for a new doctor. Matt is so damn goofy looking and with Rose being completely gone now (I assume) and this new doctor, well I needed to take a break. Probably tomorrow after what could be a very long stressful day of work. Settle in with a few fat man drinks and watch S05E01 and see what I think of Matties work.

I haven't read much about it but I guess there has been a major breakthrough in the fight against HIV and AIDS. That is awesome...until the universe finds its next killer sickness. I think that might have been the more down statement I've made in a long time...is it weird that makes me feel good and smile? I might just be a sick sick puppy!

Next Wednesday Psych returns! YES YES YES! Random wrestling and 80's references. Plus I can't wait to find out where they go after last season's ending episode. Also it won't be long till the return of Dexter.

Speaking of Dexter I'll admit it here that I didn't like the show at first because I do relate to Dex in a lot of ways. No I don't kill people, that is gross and messy. Now if I could figure out a way to do it where it wasn't messy, I wouldn't get caught, and I didn't have touch people...then we have something. No both Dex and I have our own dark passengers and we both have long inner monologues.

ITWSWDIMP: Is this what Skylinks would do in my position. I think I'm going to market that bracelet.

Ok enough of this. Its time for me to go to bed. Until next time Abyssinia!

Doctor Who

I would like to throw my hat into the ring to be the 12th doctor whenever that happens. You've had a lot of different doctors but you've never had a fat hairy doctor now have you?

Lets be honest, what is the fan base but fat hairy nerds. HELLO! Right here...fat hairy nerd!

Seriously though I think it would be interesting to see what the fan base would think for a more average looking Doctor Who. So far all the modern docs have been what most people would consider above average. They also have had above average companions, well with Donna *MAYBE* being the exception as some would call her average. But Rose I think not and Martha sure wasn't anything to sneeze at either.

Plus an American Doctor, think of the fan boys freaking out! It would be epic! Hell the producers should just do it for one show just to freak them out. Throw in an average looking (or maybe even blow if you use me) American...it would be brilliant.

In all seriousness though it is one of the best show on TV right now. After months of being told to watch I love it. It has you laughing one minute and crying the next. It has such great writing and for the most part great acting. Not a huge fan of Catherine Tate, a bit over the top for me, but she was great at the end as Doctor Donna.

I've even begun hunting down the older series just to get the entire history. I'm sure they will be campy as it was the 70's and a few even before that but like Star Trek or Transformers there is such a rich history that I don't want to miss out on.

However back to the original idea. This goes out to Russell T. Davies, the writer of a majority of the episodes, Mr. Davies, Russell, Russ, give it a long hard thought. When Matt is done or you're done with him think about giving a friend from across the pond a chance. One episode, hell half an episode, it couldn't hurt could it?

Johnny Cash Hurt

Maybe the greatest cover of all time...but is it really a cover when it is a million times better than the original?
