Movie Review: Zombies

Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...whenever it is you have come across this entry.  Today, 12/3/17, I am checking out the 2017 flick Zombies.  It stars Tony Todd, Steven Luke and Raina Hein.  "When the world is in shambles, plagued by a zombie outbreak, only the strong will survive, but just how much determination will it take?"  It has a 2.9 on IMDB with 502 votes

  • Yeah....anyone coughing like that makes me nervous...even when there is not a zombie outbreak!
  • That is a very tame looking zombie
  • CANDYMAN!  Tony Todd is a good actor
  • Why would a place have red emergency lights?  That is weird
  • Did they eat the doggy?  Not cool
  • This flick did not waste any time getting into the action
  • GROSS MIDGET ZOMBIE!!!
  • Is there something in the zombie virus that makes everyone able to make perfect head shots?  It is that way in almost every outbreak flick
  • Nice dead corpse
  • Really?  Multiple cabinet view point shots
  • Why save her?  She looks bit to me
  • Really mild zombie makeup thus far
  • I would NOT go into a cornfield in a zombie outbreak....or ever
  • Of course she is going to say she was not bit....she is lying.  Kill her!
  • Well the acting isn't great...so sad to see Tony in this flick
  • Why is that guy such an ass?  Let the guy go on his own if that is what he wants
  • Nice blue/night filter
  • Luke is not a very natural actor; not bad; but not exactly natural either; its weird
  • Luke reminds me a little bit like Deathstroke
  • Wait...they didn't attack her?  That is...interesting
  • Worst fake blood ever
  • ZOMBIE KIDS!!!
  • Shotgun of unlimited ammo?
  • Four weeks and the power is still on...only it isn't....but it is
  • Not a lot of logic in this flick; or explanations
  • Good grief the dad is awful in an awful flick
  • I hate it when they do the blood splatter on the camera thing
  • These zombies climb huh?
  • Dead Rising fans wrote this flick huh?  The Combine is a great idea, disgusting but great
  • Zombine?  Really?  She should die for that line
  • Why would you turn the breakers off?
  • Wouldn't that explosion draw more?
  • Of course his love gets bit, of course
  • Is that "emotion"?
  • Of course everyone is going to be okay....of course
Well that was a movie.  It was just there.  I think the 2.9 is the correct rating.  It was not bad but it was not good either.

I don't have much to say about the flick to be honest.  It was what it was.  It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great.  Like I said it was just there...
