Doctor Who returns in The Zygon Invasion

The Doctor returns this week in the Zygon Invasion.  "The fragile peace between the Humans and the Zygons is on a knife edge. Tensions run high as factions within the Zygon community seek to incite violent action against Humans. Called in by UNIT, the Doctor and Clara fight to bring he situation under control. But one question remains: Where on Earth is Osgood?"  I am not looking forward to this episode because I don't really care about the Osgood character (sorry Ingrid Oliver, you are a wonderful actress on the show!).  However it is the Doctor and Clara in the TARDIS so enough jibber jabber and lets go fight off some suction cup monsters on Halloween!

Well that is it.  The end of Doctor Who, I don't think he can regenerate from being blown up.  He isn't Wolverine and shit!

Well I liked this episode...A LOT!  Between the performances, which were awesome.  Evil Clara was perfect.  The reveal was perfect and I am disappointed in myself that I didn't see it coming.  The storyline of the Zygons wanting to take over the world is great.  

I liked the horror aspect of it as well.  I don't have a lot to say other then it was a really good episode and I want to see next weeks episode badly!

The Walking Dead S06E03: Thank you

Sorry for a day delay, working overnights this week.  The Walking Dead is back with "Thank you" Episode 3 of Season 6.  "Glenn and Michonne must lead Nicholas, Heath and the Alexandrians back to the safe-zone. Meanwhile, Daryl, Sasha and Abraham continue to lead the walkers away, as Rick has a run in with...".

• Why is Rick so stubborn and stupid?
• What is up with Nicky boy?  PTSD?  
• Wait, is this a horror movie?  The girl just randomly trips and twists her ankle?  Next the walkers will just appear in front of them somehow
• It is Ricks fault
• When did Rick become WORSE then the Governor?
• Where did that walker come from?  How did it get him that easily?
• How did walkers get ahead of them?  If they were all drawn to the quarry?  This doesn't make sense!
• Rick has killed all of these people!
• and now Daryl is going to get people killed
• Rick's group has been horrible, getting so many people killed over the years
• Why not leave the wounded behind on a roof and go save the city.  Then come back for them

Well fuck that was quite the episode wasn't it!  A lot of "redshirts" died.  Glenn seems to be dead. Rick will be soon possibly if not getting ready to turn.  I don't know what to say at all for this.

I wonder if Glenn was able to stay under Nick while they feed and escape.  I was told someone died and I immediately picked Glenn.  Why?  Because it is the logical choice.  It would be Glenn or Morgan in my mind.  

So my hope is that Glenn isn't dead because his death wasn't a noble one.  He died because he save Nick's soul....if he is dead.  

Then we have Rick.  Rick has resulted in SO many deaths this season.  A large majority of Alexandria, Glenn and who else as the herd is still coming to kill others I'm sure.  You've now got Abraham and Sasha stuck with thousands of walkers alone, because of Rick.  

I feel like all of our heroes are going to fall this season in some way.  If they don't die they will fall in other ways.  We've seen it with Glenn already.  Rick keeps getting deeper and deeper in despair and you can see he has almost given up in the RV.  Carol seemed slightly broke at the end of last week with the "A" stamp.  The new doctor is broken and it didn't take long.  Sasha and Abraham both are near suicidal.  Daryl, I don't know what he is thinking.  The Alexandrians will be broken when they realize only one of them are returning from the mission and so many are dead from the Wolves attack.  Oh don't forget this will break Maggie completely as she now has NO ONE left.  

Now we have 90 minutes next week and who knows what is next.  

Doctor Who: The Woman Who Lived

We're back, sorry I've been a little more quiet than usual this week.  Work got in the way along with a cold that won't give up.  Anyway its time for "The Woman Who Lived".  Ashildr is back.  In England, 1651. A deadly highwayman known only as 'The Nightmare' plagues the dark streets of London, his fire-breathing accomplice by his side. There's something clearly more than human here, and that includes the loot as much as the outlaws. Who are these creatures, and are they enemies to be fought, or friends who might possibly save the Doctor from certain doom on the gallows?

I wonder if Ashildr will be back.  An interesting episode for sure.  Obviously setting up things to come with the Doctor and Clara.  I like this Doctor I really do.  He is different then 9 - 12 but you see glimpses of each in him.  I also like that they have him keeping doing little call back to other version of himself with a phrase here or a look there.  I felt like in modern Who they forgot the past when a new Doctor came along.  This time they seem to be calling back to all the Doctors from the past.

This episode in vacuum was not that great.  When looked at from the series story arc I think we'll find it much better.  When I say "this episode" I mean last weeks and this week.  It is really one 90 minute episode.  The only time I'd go back and watch these episodes would be if I was rewatching the season.  

I'm going to hold complete judgment for the when the season (or half way point because I think this storyline will conclude prior to Christmas or with the Christmas episode).  However I want to say three things.

1.  The Doctor is correct about puns

2.  The Doctor is wrong about banter

3.  The Doctor needs to get rid of the sunglasses!

Everything wrong with sports fans...a rant

I am writing this not as a University of Michigan​ fan but as a sports fan.  I recently watched a little rant that Jemele Hill had about the recent MSU/UM game.  Let me say that I've pretty much stopped watching "real" sports because of fans like Jemele.  "Look, you can believe we were lucky," Hill said. "You can call it a miracle. I really don't give a damn."   "Only two things matter: We're undefeated, and you, Michigan, have now lost to us seven of the last eight times...Turn up the volume real high and let these three words resonate: We own you."  The problem is she starts off complaining about Michigan fans mocking a MSU degree and how everyone was talking about the new UM coach.  Then show a video of a Michigan fan crying and have stupid memes in the background.  She is exactly the type of fan that she was complaining about earlier.  She is right that it doesn't matter if they won on the first play or the last play, at the end of the day MSU won and good for them.  I hope they go undefeated and win the National Title.  However next time I'd hope that someone who represents a University would have some dignity and respect, especially on a nationally broadcast TV/Radio show.  If Rich Eisen did this after a UM win I'd say the same thing.  I'd say it if a former New England Patriots​ player said it after their win against the Colts this past week.  "We. Own. You."  Jemele Hill YOU don't OWN anyone.  You're not on the field.  If you want to be honest lets look at the overall series.  Michigan leads, 68–35–5.  Who owns who in reality?  Michigan went 30–8 from 1970 to 2007.  But right now MSU has had won 7 out of the last 8 and good for them!  A few by a lot I believe.  Good for them.  I hate fans like this.  I hate sports fans in general because of attitudes like this.  Fans who constantly complain the other team cheated if their team lost.  The refs won that game for the other team.  Fandom is one thing, stupidity and immaturity is another.  If this was done as a joke, I can see Mike & Mike doing something like this to each other or two personality who have a joking/friendly relationship but this wasn't done that way.  This was a famous alumni being a fanboy/homer and looking (in my opinion) like a fool.  I know people will think it was because she is all Green & White but it really isn't.  The only time I don't cheer for MSU is when they play Michigan AND if their win would hurt Michigan late in the season.  Jemele Hill, there is a phrase in sports, from Vince Lombardi.  "Next time you make a touchdown, act like you've been there before."  Jemele Hill, next time your team gets a major victory over a team that was favored and out played you, act like you've been there before.  Good luck MSU, as for you Jemele Hill, remember, 68–35–5...  What is worst is she could have used this time to talk about how fans shouldn't have been trashing the punter who screwed up.  Talked about how rivalries are out of control with the painting of Magic Johnsons statue (something that I don't condone and she did briefly bring up).  She could have pointed out how great MSU was for not giving up and used this as an inspirational story of them not caring about what the "experts" said.  All the while talking up MSU but instead she used it to tear down others.  This is why sports fans...and honestly humanity makes me sick!  Jemele Hill I'll leave you with this:  You can never build yourself up by tearing others down

As I was looking for the above picture I found this from 2008 which cements my opinions.

I realize that Jemele Hill won't see this and most people won't read it.  But sports can bring a group of people together...or used to.  Remember after 9-11?  People came together in sports.  Sports can be a great escape but you have people saying stuff like this.  Fans attacking other fans.  Priest pointing guns at children all over sports.  Perhaps we'd be better of ending them all and putting all the money spent on sports stadiums and others into things like libraries and education!

The Walking Dead: JSS: A Review

Episode 2 of the Season 6 is here and it is titled JSS.  The description on IMDB kind of ruins the episode so I won't put it here but there is hope that Carl dies!  Last week Rick's "awesome" nearly got Glenn, Heath and Nick killed.  Carter did get killed.  Then a mystery horn blew and a quarry full of walkers are now headed toward Carl, Maggie, Carol and the rest of Alexandria.  My guess is baby Judith is going to pull a Kirby and suck all the bad guys in and eat them.  It is because baby Judith is FAT!  A FAT FAT BABY!  Okay enough with my obviously joking (mostly joking) ideas of what is to come, lets get to episode 2...JSS!

• To start off on a sexist comment, did they leave all of the women back in Alexandria?  Well ladies and Carl

• What is JSS?  
• How is a turtle still alive?  They should be like Unicorn!

WOW!  Good grief did you see that?  That was a great episode!  One of my favorite episodes!  Once the episode started with the random killing from the Wolves it was nonstop awesome.  

I don't have a lot of complaints this season. There was no lapses in logic from what the show has done in the past.  Perfect mix of action and storytelling.  

I think it will be interesting to see where this goes.  I don't trust Edin at all, I think she is with the Wolves.  Carol's secret is out now...well maybe...a lot of the people are dead.  The towns people still have no idea thousands of walkers are heading their way.  They are in a lot of trouble.  I blame Rick and Aaron for ALL of this.  

Wait....did Kevin Smith just tell me what JSS means?  Just Survive Somehow?  How did he know that?  Oh...the note...how did I miss that?  I failed when I missed that.  LOVE THE EPISODE!

Doctor Who: The Girl who Died: A Revew

Doctor Who is back and so am I boys and girls.  Time to watch the Girl who Died, episode 5 of this season.  The Girl who Died guest staring Maisie Williams.  I wonder if this is going to be yet another two parter.  Probably, seems to be the season standard.  Enough talking, lets go watch a girl die!

Yep a damn two parter again.  I know this is what Doctor Who used to be, longer multiple part episodes but I'm not a fan of it all the time.  Occasionally is okay but I don't like multiple times in a season.  Season Finale fine.  Mid Season break okay.  Every two episode not cool.  

Okay what about this episode?  I liked it.  Well I like that the Doctor is realizing what it is he does and is almost becoming self aware of himself.  I feel like this continues the end of #10 where he didn't believe he had to follow the rules.

If I were President....

In the past I've joked about running for President of the United States.  This actually goes all the way back to when I was in 7th grade.  Mr. Hylen, the Choir Director, made us fill out cards with info on us and what we wanted to be when we grew up.  I put down President.

Obviously that didn't work out as I didn't go into politics but I still joke about it.  Yesterday I drove around 5 hours so I had a lot of time on my hands.  One thing that went through my head was what would I run on.  I haven't done a true blog entry in a while, only reviews, so here is what I would try to do.

1. The first thing I would focus on is gun control.  Obviously taking guns away isn't an option so what do you do?  How do you fix this epidemic of gun violence facing this country?  I would do this, treat guns like cars.  You need to have the following to own a gun.  You take a gun safety course.  You take a written test.  You carry insurance just like with a car.  You have a yearly license.  If you want to buy a gun, bullets, the material used to make bullets...really anything gun related you have a license.  This license would not be expensive.  50-100 dollars a year.  Now what would happen to those license fees you ask?  It would go into a fund for LOCAL mental health services.  This way both sides of the debate are happy.  We have some better gun control PLUS mental health gets looked at
2. The next two are tied together.  Something needs to be done about the student loan debt crisis.  We are the most powerful country in the world and it costs some people a quarter of a million dollars to get educated.  It shouldn't be that way.  All education should be free and student loan debt forgiven.  But how would you do that?  See #3
3. Legalize Cannabis.  Colorado is bring in over 3 millions dollars a month in taxes.  I would take all that money along with what is already being funneled into the higher education system.  I would investigate how other countries are able to handle their higher education and fix this issue.  We should be able to education our society.  
4. While "Obamacare" is a nice start we need to go further.  There are still people out there having to decide between rent and medicine.  We need to continue toward Canada with health care. When medicines for cancer and Alzheimer can cost upward of a $1000 dollars a month there is something wrong.  We can do better for our citizens, especially the elder who built this country
5. I would end tax exempt status for Religious organizations.  When they start making donations to things like Proposition 8 and the like they are no longer tax exempt.  They will be paying taxes just like all other businesses, because that is what they are at this point.  I would funnel that new revenue into education and social services, where ALL of the churches money should be going anyway
6. Congress would be paid hourly for when they are working.  That means that if they are home campaigning they don't get paid.  If they are fundraising they aren't working and don't get paid. They need to be doing their JOB, trying to make this country better and doing what their voters want.  Same goes for the President.  If you're out golfing you don't get paid.  Find out what the average workers gets for paid time off and that is what Congress and the President gets.  They should be treated as the people they represent.  Also all elected officials would be put on the same medical coverage that the government is offering to its citizens.  Perhaps THEN #4 would get worked on better.

There you go.  That is what I would run on if I were running for President.  I realize that even if I did run and I did get elected that doesn't mean any of this would happen.  It isn't as easy as just saying I'm going to do it and then doing it.  I believe what I've laid out above (minus #5) is what the general public wants.  I would also try to be a President of the people, meet more with the public in town halls and the like.  Find out what THEY want and try to make THAT happen.  I believe that I would be a man of the people for the people....even if I hate most people ;)

Gotham Season 2 Episode 4: Strike Force

I am back boys and girls, this time with the next episode of Gotham!  This time "Barnes forms a task force with help from Gordon; Penguin is kept busy trying to fulfill a favor for Galavan; and Nygma asks Kringle out on a date."  Who is Barnes...I guess we find out!  And away we go!...

Well that pretty much set up the rest of the season doesn't it.  The Strike Force vs. Penguin vs. Team Theo.  Where will the cards fall?  I'm intrigued to say the least.  I like the direction and the writing is good, although the initial exchange between Barnes and Gordon was a bit cliche.  

Overall even if I hate Jerome being gone I am still enjoying each episode.  I also like the inclusion of Bruce this season.  It doesn't seem as forced as last season.

Return of the Walking Dead, Season 6 Episode 1

IT HAS RETURNED!  The Walking Dead is back!  I'm sorry this is a day late but as my friends on Facebook know Comcast screwed me over yet again with both live streaming and my cable being down.  I was not happy yesterday.

• I don't buy they'd all move as a group like that.  We've seen where they will just stand around without prompting.  Remember the restaurant with the stupid cat art?

• Flashbacks are in black and white now?  Interesting.  I wish the whole show as in black and white, much cooler that way

Well that was an interesting show.  You get a feel for where the main characters are mentally.  I really enjoy the show so when I am critical of the show it is because I really enjoy it.  

The one thing that really bothered me is that the walkers didn't follow behavior we've seen in the past.  We haven't seen the walkers herd up on their own before but they did this time.  As I mentioned in my "live" thoughts we've seen walkers just stand around when not provoked.  I love the show but I hate when writers don't follow their own "rules" already set.

Overall I really enjoyed the show and I am interested in seeing where things go.  You've got the Wolves, you have the herd, you've got a possibly internal feud with Rick/Alexandrea with others and between Rick and Morgan/Daryl.  

Doctor Who: Before the Flood: A Review

• I feel like there is a lot of Bootstrap Paradox issues in Doctor Who

• Do you think O'Donnell is the next companion?  I kind of like her

• Again, I wonder if O'Donnell is the next companion, I like her!
• No I don't think it was an Auton, just dummies, but I don't trust dummies anymore.  Thank you Doctor Who!
• Really?  Well that sucks.  
• I think Bennett should have punched the Doctor
• That damn bell again?  That bell does nothing good
• Why haven't we figured out why the Doctor looks like the guy from the Fires of Pompeii
• I like these soldiers, they are honest and say what they want
• Oh no, its not just the ghosts you have to fear Lunn
• Awesome voice for the Fisher King!

• The Fisher King is pretty bad ass looking

Hmmm, I'm not sure what to think of this episode.  I am very disappointed that O'Donnell died.  I really liked her character, more than the fan favorite Osgood.  I do like that the Doctor used the rules to his advantage.  I am also liking the Clara and Doctor dynamic more and more.  Overall I enjoyed the episode but not as much as the first half.  I am not sure about next weeks episode but I'll be checking it out!

Presidents Day: A movie Review

Hello again boys and girls!  I have been on the look out for horror movies since it is October.  I found this flick.  Presidents Day!  "A high school election turns deadly when a homicidal maniac dressed like Abe Lincoln starts killing off candidates."  How could I not want to check this flick out!  It stars Bennie Mack McCoy IV, Lizzy Denning and Nicolette le Faye.  As for 10/9 it has a 5.2/10 over on IMDB.

• Did he just say George Washington made him so hot?
• Less then a minute in and we've got nudity?  
• Wow the acting in this flick is...um....horrible
• Chelsea has to be/or looks to be 30
• This flick is screaming independent film
• What the hell is the point of this scene?  Oh to make me think its the fat wheezing janitor?
• I have no idea what the kid said...was that the best take?  Who edited this film?

• Was that flirting with bow tie teacher guy?  If so that was horrible
• Is that kid wearing two polo shirts?  Was that cool in 2010?

• What is with the weird surfer type music version of when the Saints go Marching in...or I think that is what it is

I made it but it was awful.  I honestly don't have anything good to say about this flick.  Nothing.  I mean I could say the few brief shots of nudity was nice but it was ruined by the bad acting!  Do NOT watch this film unless you want to see a bad bad movie.  I mean if you truly like bad bad movies this is one for the list.  It is awful  1/10 boys and girls.  Do not watch it...but if you do want to see it go buy it on my amazon store!  But seriously it is awful.  Avoid it!

The Scorch Trials: A review

Hello and again boys and girls.  Today I'm watching the second in the Maze Runners series, The Scorch Trials.  "After having escaped the Maze, the Gladers now face a new set of challenges on the open roads of a desolate landscape filled with unimaginable obstacles."  It stars Dylan O'Brien, Kaya Scodelario and Thomas Brodie-Sangster.  I enjoyed the first flick so lets check this out!

Sending the kids away to save them?  Or sacrifice them?

• What a way to start a flick, crying children.  Why not kick a puppy while you’re at it
• Zombies?  Vampires?  First day the new Harry Potter book went on sale?  What is going on?
• Oh it’s him.  He is always slimy.  ALWAYS, like Bill Paxton
• Why trust them and not WYKD?
• Uggg, I hate needles
• Are we sure WYKD is the bad group?  Or the only bad group?
• Why would you want the top bunk?
• Why would they lock them in?
• I think those things attacking were old “maze kids” after whatever they do to them when they leave.  
• Sneaking through the vents?  Is this when the alien attacks?  Oh wrong movie
• Why do they make vents big enough for people to crawl through?  Major security risk
• Or what?  What if I don’t get my ass back in the chair?
• Perhaps the worse security guards ever!
• Basically just like WYKD, who didn’t call/see that coming?
• Harvest?
• Where those spider robot things taking the kids for the right arm
• Yep, worst security EVER!
• Shoot them!  You’ve got at least one gun
• Shit their non-lethal rounds, I’d being raining down hellfire on those fucks
• They should have kept Dr. Paiges existence a secret, a big reveal
• Lots of darkness in this flick, being afraid of the dark would be bad
• Nice use of sound for whatever they are
• They’re in a mall?
• Where are they running to?
• Is this what the flare did to people?
• They look like the monsters from Waters of Mars
• The bad part is that you can’t see what is happening, its too dark
• They fell asleep after that?  I don’t think I’d sleep for a week
• That one kid is infected with the “clicker” disease
• They told you kids not to run 
• They have horrible horrible luck.  Clickers, storms, being stupid
• Serpentine boys and girls, serpentine!
• That one kid has to be asking where the Doctor is about now.  See the British kid was on Doctor Who....never mind
• And we’re back in the dark
• Are they pets?  Alarm system?  Both?
• Where did they get the flashlights?
• Why are they trusting a group with clickers on chains?
• I’m guessing Jorge has heads in fish tanks like the Governor
• Oh shit it is Gus from Breaking Bad!  
• Seal Team 6 is on the case bitches!  Or Joe Ledger
• This flick seems very long to me, unlike the first one
• That is a good song Jorge!
• Again why trust this guy?  It makes no sense...but what other choice do they have?
• Are they in the belly of a whale?
• Can rats spread the flare?
• So flare is like the z germ right?  Or whatever is in Last of Us?
• The glass should hold up, it’s a sky scraper right?  Isn’t that glass like uber strong?
• Way too many characters in this film....wait...is that Wash?
• Rave time!  Hell’s yay!
• I feel like I’m watching the remake of Land of the Dead
• This scene feels very pointless
• So now WYKD is trying to kill them?  I’m confused
• Oh so it wasn’t them
• I hope I’m not suppose to understand what is happening, because I’m confused
• How long is this movie?
• I still don’t get the mazes...should I?
• These kids are way too trusting.  DTA, Don’t Trust Anybody 

I am slightly disappointed in this flick.  I enjoyed the first one but this one seemed out of place.  The kids, while not brain surgeons, weren’t as stupid as they were here.  They made the same mistakes over and over again.  Trusting people they didn’t know.  I know this is the second film in the series and is kind of a place holder but it still needed to be well done.  I feel like they made a lot of mistakes logically and that worries me.

There was a lot of hope for this series and now I don’t know.  I give it a 5/10.  Average at best.  I hope if they finish the series it will be better then this.  It has potential!

Gotham: The Last Laugh Review

I am back with this weeks Gotham review.  This week "Gordon and Bullock hunt a nemesis from the past, which leads to a standoff between Jerome and Gordon; and a magic show at a Gotham Children's Hospital gala results in a hostage situation."  Jerome has been amazing and hopefully it will continue this week.  Lets see truly gets the.....last laugh!

• How great has Barbara been this season as well?  The bad guys are really shining this season
• Damn Jim, when you said it was a new day I don't think anyone was thinking this?  I was thinking this!

• I think Gotham news some clap therapy!
• Well that was unexpected...and wonderful
• I wonder who Thea actually is and what exactly his plan is
• How did Alvarez survive?  
• Oh only 9 of the officers died
• Did Jim change his hair?
• PDA boys and girls, PDA
• This show has quite the body count thus far this season!
• Gotham has a lot of black tie affairs for being a horrible horrible place
• Selena changed a bit
• How do you hate magicians?  
• Alfred you dog!  Great taste however
• Bruce is a weird looking kid isn't he
• Is that Barbara as the assistant?  I'm telling you she is going to end up Harley...or perhaps the Joker...according to some rumors a female Joker has been considered
• A pony?  How are they going to get a pony on a helicopter?
• Really?  This doesn't look staged at all
• Where is the clapping?  
• Yep, Harley!
• Nice to see Penguin back, such great characters on this show but where is Butch?
• Theo is overplaying his hand
• How do so many people dislike magicians?
• Did they all eat the Joker fish?

I hope Jerome isn't gone for good!  I hope not because he was fantastic...and can you really get rid of such a great actor/character.  The end was interesting as well.  I'm not sure where it goes from here. The Maniax! are gone at this point.  You've got Theo and his sister both possibly with Barbara. You've got Barbara out there as well but now sorta on her own although the big guy is still around I guess. 

I hope they don't ruin the show with long breaks because right now I am quite invested but I was last season till the multiple breaks.  Overall this is my favorite episode of the season thus far and I hope we haven't seen the last of Jerome!

Fear the Walking Dead: Season Finale

The season is over already?  Hard to believe isn't it.  We have Season 6 of the Walking Dead to look forward to but tonight it is about Fear.  I grew to like the show more and more as the season went on. Like any show it took it a while for the writers to find the characters.  The show has been more character driven but I think that has been a bit of a bad thing because I still don't find myself caring about the characters like we should.  I find I relate to Travis the most because I believe he is the best written and Alicia isn't that far off.  I struggle to relate to her but I believe she is realistic.  The rest not so much.  I'm interested in seeing where the season ends.  But enough waiting....lets Fear the Walking Dead!

• We haven't seen any of the main characters die yet, will we tonight?
• Both Travis and Madison are on Talking Dead after, will either face the TD curse?
• How are the chains/doors holding with that many trying to get out?  
• I mean they look like wooden doors to me, given enough time I'd think they'd break
• Use it?  Are they honestly thinking about releasing the dead?  GOOD GOD THAT IS A HORRIBLE IDEA!
• How are they going to get out of the "compound"?
• I have a bad feeling for Travis.  Good people don't survive in the Walking Dead Universe

• The soldiers won?  They're hardcore!  Or is that what is left of the patients who turned.  Oh yeah, that is what it is.  
• Well that isn't what I expected at all
• That is a strangely clear road for LA
• Looks like the military actually did a decent job of clearing the city out
• Who is suit guy?  That is a DAMN nice house.  Shouldn't it be looted?  It is LA after all
• I strangely want to see Scouts vs. Zombies
• This seems like too happy of an ending....
• Is Abigail a boat?
• There we go, I knew it was too happy of an ending
• I love this song!  It was used on an episode of Chuck and it worked there as well
• Much like the Doctor and Devros Travis is asking himself if he is a good man right now

There we go.  We leave the season with everyone at Strands house waiting to go to Abigail, but what will that do?  How will they survive out at sea?  

The season is over and I give it an 8/10.  It started slow but man did it pick up.  A great finale episode.  The cast has a great chemistry.  

I don't have much to complain about really.  It felt very real which is what they are talking about on the Talking Dead.  My biggest complaint was that Madison went too quickly to the dark side and ready to kill.  

Overall I am excited to see where they go with such a show.  We are weeks from when Rick wakes up and the dead are still fresh.  I can't wait to see this and lets not forget we get Flight 462 each week to continue those early days.

My biggest questions is what will this do to Travis?  Will it break him?  Something very much like this is what turned the Governor into the Governor.  Will he end up asking everyone to call him Mr. Mayor?

• They need to be careful about reusing actors from the past and Torchwood, its weird

• This already feels like a 42, which I loved.  BURN WITH ME!

• Are Clara and the TARDIS still fighting?
• Is Clara trying to replace Danny with danger?
• I like Capt. Moran as an actor
• No interested in Clara?  Are they blind...oh right....

Really?  Another two parter?  Damn it!  I hate waiting.  This is why I hate watching TV in "real time" and not binge watching.  I will say that I loved this episode and everyone in it.  This season has really restored my love for the show.  Everything about it has been great.  Go watch it boys and girls, love Doctor Who again.  No giant overreaching storylines that don't make sense (well so far).  Just good writing and great acting which we had years ago.  Enjoy boys and girls and until next time...remember....run!  

Smosh: The Movie...or as I call it the Worst Movie Ever

Howdy everyone, I'm back and this time I'm watching a true horror movie.  Smosh:  The Movie.  A coworker who knows my love of bad movie suggested it.  I watched two minutes on Youtube and dear lord this is going to a horrible...what I do for you my faithful readers.  You better all go to my Amazon store and buy something because i need money for therapy after watching this.  Over on IMDB this movie has a 4.6 as of 10/3.

• AwesomeTV films....I doubt this is going to be very awesomeI want to punch the guy in the pizza car, I mean kill...yeah kill

Good grief that was the worst piece of shit I've ever watched.  I've watched 3 Headed Shark Attack, Left Behind, The Room and One Eyed Monster.  The ONLY good thing I can say is that these guys found something people would watch and did it.  They have something like 20 million followers on YouTube.  So I give them that...and it also shows how far our society has fallen. WORSE...MOVIE...EVER!  Do not watch this.  I give it a 1 out of 10 only because I can't give it a zero over on IMDB.

Flight of the Living Dead: A movie review

Hello again boys and girls, I am back for yet another movie review.  With it being October I am going to do mostly horror movies!  This time it is Flight of the Living Dead.  Over on IMDB it has a 5.2 as of 10/2.  "On a routine red eye flight from Los Angeles to Paris, a renegade group of scientists has smuggled aboard a container holding a fellow scientist infected with a deadly genetically engineered virus which reanimates the dead. While the 747 crosses through violent thunderstorm, and no place to land, the flesh-eating zombies quickly spread the virus, infecting passengers and crew, the few survivors must fight for their lives stranded in the air with no way out."  It stars David Chisum, Kristen Kerr and Kevin J. O'Connor.  Lets go fill our bellies with undead fun!

• I feel like I'm watching a cheap James Bond film with this opening song.  I wonder if Adele did it?
• Damn, nice plane.
• Wow...be a bitch much sunshine?
• Special Cargo?
• The pilot is retiring?  That is like a cop saying he has one week left on the job
• I like Kevin J. O'Connor (Frank).  Always have since I saw him in the Mummy and Deep Rising
• An interesting cast 
• I wouldn't think leaning on an exit door is a good thing
• They've done a decent job of making me hate most of the people and wanting to see them eaten.  What?  That wasn't their point?  Weird.
• This is the reason I hate flying
• Doctor Bennett?  That sounds nice...
• Malaria that causes zombies?  Yeah this is why I don't go outside or travel
• How does shooting an automatic weapon in the hull of a plane seem like a good idea?  That has to be an American down there
• Wow...really?  These two are horrible people.  Its a plane full of horrible people
• Even without the zombies this movie scares me I hate the idea of flying
• CAT FIGHT!  CAT FIGHT!
• 1/3 of the way through and no zombies yet really.  Interesting suspense build though
• He isn't going to get far on the plane, unless of course he hid a parachute....in the cargo hull
• Apparently they don't want anyone getting into cargo hull, going through an air vent and what not
• One more button and that flight attendant would be out of uniform
• You're not going to close that hatch?  You know the one that could stop the flesh eating monsters up
• However I'd change your shirt first, being covered in blood and all
• Is there a worse place to crawl into during a zombie outbreak?  I thought the maze thing in Fear the Walking Dead was bad
• JUMP SCARE!
• And the dying begins
• Guns on a plane are a horrible idea!  
• Three more bites...they are multiplying boys and girls...like they do
• This should be called Plane Ride to Hell
• Well that was pretty damn awesome!
• This sure picked up suddenly
• The special effects aren't bad in this flick, just the right amount of gore, although I don't like the drool, that is gross
• COCK SHOT!
• I find this to be extremely "realistic" if there was an outbreak.  It would spread this quickly and people would be this stupid and crazy if people started eating each other
• Aren't they kind of spreading the infection all over the countryside?
• This is how we get zombies boys and girls!

Well that wasn't bad.  I was expecting a train wreck but it wasn't.  The acting was decent.  The special effects decent.  Everything was decent.  I give it a 6/10.  I wish I had more to say but there isn't really. Hello.  I am back and this time with another movie review.  I'm going to be watching the classic 3 Headed Shark Attack.  Over on IMDB it has a rating of 2.8 as of 10/1.  It stars Karrueche Tran, Jaason Simmons and Rob Van Dam.  "The world's greatest killing machine is three times as deadly when a mutated, three-headed, great white shark threatens a cruise ship. As the shark eats its way from one end of the ship to the next, the passengers fight the deadly predator using anything they can find."  I can't wait for another Syfy classic!

• Did she have a mustache?
• No I think it was just a shadow
• What the fuck is that?!?!  Is that a real person?
• That is what happens when plastic surgery goes bad I think
• Oh shit a real 3 headed shark, the title didn’t lie
• Gotta wet down your hair before taking off your top, everyone knows that
• Oh she is a porn star, that explains it.  For...um...research purposes I looked her up and in the pictures she looks much better
• What kind of swimsuit is that one person wearing?
• Damn!  Did that shark just go on land?  Is it a land shark?  SNL WAS RIGHT!!
• Don’t even hid the fact that you’re doing a shot of the divers ass but then go away from it when you can actually see her ass, thanks TV movie, thanks a lot

• So these two are scientist huh?  Like Denise Richards in that Bond flick
• Who cast these people?  Do I believe any of these are scientist or researchers or anything like that?

My god that was the worst thing I’ve ever seen.  DO NOT WATCH THIS!  There is seriously nothing “good” about this movie.  I realize it is a Syfy flick but dear lord they should all be ashamed! I give it 1/10 because it is all I can do!  AVOID IT unless you want to see maybe the worse thing ever put on film...and I've watched all four Transformers movies!
